What photos work best?
A clear daylight view taken straight on, from the street for an exterior or from the doorway for a room. Extra angles help us get the roofline, trim and plantings right. Real-estate listing photos work very well.
Do you paint interiors and places other than houses?
Yes. Living rooms, kitchens, porches, barns, cabins, beach houses and hotels all make lovely portraits.
What do I receive?
A full color digital portrait delivered as a high-resolution file for printing up to 16 × 20 inches. It looks best on matte fine-art paper or canvas.
Can you leave things out?
Yes. We routinely leave out cars, bins, wires, signs and anything else that distracts from the house. Tell us what you would like removed or added back.
How long does it take?
Your portrait is ready 2–3 business days after we have your order, photos and payment.
What if I want changes?
You see the portrait before final delivery, and one round of revisions is included.
Do you serve my area?
Yes. We serve customers worldwide. Portraits are painted from photos and delivered as digital files, so it does not matter where you or the house are located.

Yes. Licensed agents and brokers ordering a portrait for a client pay $49, whether it is for listing marketing or a closing gift. Choose "Real estate agent" on the order form and enter your business name.
